My period is about to start, and with it, THAT ONE pimple.

I feel terrible, another ruined morning and a ruined day. I've decided to finally get my skin under control!

A laboratory? There wasn't one at that time, the first formulations were created at our kitchen table.

I spend almost every evening working on it at this point, mixing and matching formulations that I then test myself.

February 2019, I'm lying in bed. My daughter doesn't want to fall asleep alone again.

So I hold her hand and sit thoughtfully in the darkness.

A thought keeps circling in my head: "How can I make myself feel comfortable in my own skin, even if it's not perfect?"

Looking back, this moment is the birth of DUŠA & KAMEN.

July 2020, after the entire global economy collapsed at the beginning of the year due to Corona, we somehow manage to bring bottles, raw materials and precious stones to Rheinzabern to produce the first 500 bottles.

When we pick up the products, the next setback – my trunk opens during the drive and almost 100 bottles of our cleaning foam end up on the country road.

To be honest, at that moment I was about to throw everything away and was sitting crying on the side of the road.

How did we deal with it? Knock off the dust and keep going!

End of 2020 - we had made it.

Our shop is online and the first customer reviews are coming in.

We're on cloud nine, the reviews are positive, and you love the products just as much as I do.

Then it happens.

Out of the blue, GLAMOUR featured us, and the first bloggers and magazines want to test our products.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it for you, our path is still difficult.

There are so many brands that promise the moon and stars, and women are rightly skeptical these days.

But every week we receive messages from customers who tell us about their experiences and successes - that motivates us, we don't give up!

With every sale and every success story, we get closer to our goal of women finally feeling comfortable in their own skin.
