1. You take 1-2 teaspoons with the spatula and mix the powder with water or with clay + oil.
2. After cleansing your skin (with the foam or a cleanser of your choice), it is best to apply the mask with a brush or, alternatively, with your fingers.
3. Depending on your skin type, you can then let the mask dry (for oily skin areas) or keep it moist (for dry skin areas) by re-moistening it with water from time to time.
4. After a maximum of 10 minutes, you can wash off the mask and then apply a mixture of toner and oil to the skin as a finishing touch.

I recommend using a mask a maximum of 2 times per week; for most women, 1 time per week is sufficient.
