As part of your feel-good ritual, we use the mindfulness cards to manifest good thoughts and beliefs.

At the start of your ritual, you draw a random card from the bag and read it aloud to yourself, focusing on what this affirmation evokes in you.

If you use our journal, you can write down what this affirmation means to you and how you would like to implement it today.

On the back of each card are tips and hints on how I try to implement the mantra myself. In addition, there are a few blank cards on which you can write your own affirmations.
