Do's and don'ts of skincare

You can find a lot of skincare advice on the internet. But sometimes that is the problem. It is really hard to find the right one especially for yourself.

To make it easier for you, I put together my don'ts for your daily skincare routine.

Drink Water

I know you it is so simple, but is the key for a good-looking skin

Clean eating

Get enough nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins to glow from the inside out.

Never miss your beauty sleep

Your cells need the sleep to repair themselves from the damage during the day.

EXTRA TIP: Flip your pillow one in a week and wash it every 2 weeks.

No hands in your face

You spread the bacteria from your hands to your face.

Clean your phone

Don’t press your phone into your skin and clean it daily.

Accept your skin type

Every skin type calls for something different.

To many products at once

Using too many products can irritate the skin.

Get a facial

I love it and you feel and see the glow after that. The expert can help you find the right skincare product.


Sun is so important to get enough vitamin D, but don’t over do it.


It helps get rid of dead skin cells. Try it for 1 or 2 times a week.


Don’t use harsh scrubs. They can cause tiny lacerations in the skin.

Never use toothpaste to tame blemishes

The ingredients can cause itching and inflammation.

Never use alcohol based toner

It dries out your skin and damages your skin barrier. Your skin becomes vulnerable to bacteria.
