Lavender is a very calming essential oil and supports you if you have trouble to rest or sleep.

Orange and lemon give you a cheerful mood and have an activating effect on your whole body.

Important safety rules:

You can also combine different essential oils to create new formulas specifically suited to your wishes and needs.

It is important for your own safety that you inform yourself about the maximum dilution of the oils that you are using, as a rule of thumb you should rarely go over a 5% which is 10 drops of essential oils on 10 ml of oil.

Essential oils are highly concentrated, herbal ingredients and should not be used undiluted without prior knowledge. Find out about the effects before you combine two or more oils.

Use the roller only on intact skin and avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes or mouth.

Happy mixing!
